An editorial concept crafted by the brilliant minds of Graham from Tweed Twigs and Jessie from Ruby and James. Graham took inspiration from the salt farms once located on Lake Tyrrell, in the north-west part of Victoria, Australia. Traditionally owned by the Boorung people, they tell stories of the constellations of the Possum and Emu. The landscape takes on a mirror surface during certain seasons when the tide is low, forming salt flats that reflect the purple hues of the sky. With all this history in mind, each floral texture and tone, and every additional detail was carefully sourced. Each image withholding details of a component that was purposefully chosen to help tell the story.
